Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations must be made within business hours: 10am-5.30pm, Monday through Friday, more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking. Cancellations made outside business hours will be processed the following business day and will be subject to cancellation fees as applicable at the time of business opening on the day of processing. Postponements of sessions will be regarded as session cancelations and are subject to the same deadlines and fees.

Cancellation Fees:

• 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total session fee and 100% of the agency booking fee (excluding travel and parking compensations).

• 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the session fee and agency booking fee (excluding travel and parking compensations).

• Same-day cancellations: 100% of the session fee and agency booking fee. Travel compensation will be included if the model was already in transit to the venue at the time of session cancellation, and parking compensation will be included if the model already paid for parking at the venue at the time of cancellation.
